TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The Berlin based jewellery label vonhey offers to buy goods from its onlineshop www.vonhey.com. The Contract between the customer and vonhey (www.vonhey.com) shall be on these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (TOS) to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including any such terms and conditions that are purported to be included or applied by the customer.

No terms and conditions contained in the confirmation of order, purchase order or other document of the buyer will form part of the contract.

By visiting vonhey.com, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the TOS. vonhey may modify the terms and conditions from time to time, and the continued use of this Site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms and conditions.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to german law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the german courts.

Customers must be over 18 years old to buy at vonhey.com. If you are under18 years old, you must inform your parent or guardian before you order any goods at vonhey.com.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Due to the limited availablity of stones and beads every piece of the collection is limited.

Once the customer's order has been placed, the customer will receive an email acknowledging the details of the order. The email shall be processsed within 5 working days of receipt. After that an invoice will be issued. This invoice will have to be paid in full within 10 days of receipt. We kindly ask the Customer to pay in advance and remit the total amount to the account which is given in the invoice. At this time we only accept bank transfers. Failure to pay within 10 days will result in cancelled order. The goods will not be produced until the customer has paid.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards.

Prices shown on the site are in EUROS and include 19% VAT (value added tax). The prices exclude shipping costs. At this time we only ship within the european Union (EU). Delivery charges will be added according to the weight of your order and may vary from country to country.

vonhey insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the customer.

Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. So the date of delivery differs from 1 to 3 weeks

Every single vonhey good is hand-crafted. Slight irregularities are the nature of a hand made product. Water, sweat, chlorine, sun, salt and cosmetics can affect the jewellery. The customer shall take it off before taking a shower, working out, swimming or going to the beach.

vonhey warrants that the goods are of satisfactory quality. Should the customer however receive a faulty item please report it withing 5 working days to hey@vonhey.com

The Buyer shall give the company a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods in question.Faulty goods will be replaced. Faults reported later than 4 weeks after purchase will not be accepted for refund, and under no circumstances will a refund be issued if the item is not returned.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty!

We suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately.

The customer has the right of cancellation within 2 weeks after receipt. If the Buyer wishes to return the goods, the customer shall send the goods back to:

Please note: cancellation of made-to-measure goods will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for the cost of returning items to us. The withdrawal does not need to state a reason and may be made in writing (e-mail will be sufficient) and by returnig the goods. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

The customer shall not destroy or deface any identifying mark on the goods or their packaging and maintain the goods in mint condition (unworn). Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Any designer packaging such as jewellery bags should be included with the return.

vonhey is not liable for items lost in return transit. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. The refund will be credited to the customers present bank account and will exclude shipping costs.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

If either party is subject to an event of force majeure, that is circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, fire, industrial disputes or civil commotion, it shall notify the other and the first party's obligations under these erms shall be suspended until it notifies the other party of the end of such event of Force Majeure.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products, or services contained within www.vonhey.com
